This blend contains Clary Sage, Lemon and Lavender which helps relax the mind and body and provide a sense of well-being. 

You can take a relaxing bath with this oil , place few drops of oil on your feet or your palms or use oil burners to diffuse oil throughout the room. 

Also shake well and apply generously on wrists or back of neck as desired. As this product range is made of pure essential oil blends for those with sensitive skin we recommend to dilute with our base oils.
